I see London, I see France, I see Kylie Jenner‘s underpants! The 18-year-old posed for her most mature shoot to date for Galore, as she posed in a slew of sexy, high-fashion looks for famed photog Terry Richardson — and while she served up a major dose of cleavage on the cover, the sexiest image from the shoot is definitely a shot of the star wearing nothing more than a Moschino bra and underwear.

Kylie just might be the sexiest member of the Kardashian/Jenner fam! Don’t believe us? Simply take one look at her sizzling shoot for Galore. The teen stayed true to the Seventies vibe we’re seeing for Fall 2015 as she posed in a shaggy, faux fur Tarte collections coat — but all she donned underneath was a white Moschino bra and a matching pair of underwear! Bvlgari and Doves by Doron Paloma rings finished off the sexy look.

The star offers up, (once again!), a shot of her ample cleavage as she poses in the bra and high-waisted underwear. We’re used to seeing Kylie show off a slew of sexy looks on social media, as she often shares fun selfies in teeny tiny bikinis, sports bras and crop tops, but we’ve never seen her pose for such a mature shoot — and she totally dominates in front of the camera.

The teen is the most-viewed person on Snapchat, and it is her penchant for sexy, stylish looks that often earns her praise — and she’s well aware of it! “I have a good taste in style. I know what people are going to like and I know what people are not going to like,” she told Galore.
  

David Downton's sketches of models and celebrities are hyperrealistic and wildly popular: His study of Cate Blanchett for Vogue Australia’s 50th-anniversary cover was the fastest-selling issue in the magazine’s history. Iman, Karlie Kloss, Sofia Coppola, and Diane von Furstenberg have all done sittings with Downton, who’s one of the leading fashion artists of the last decade. He’s drawn for brands like Chanel, Lancôme, and Tiffany’s, and his pencil sketches and watercolors have appeared in magazines like Vogue, Vanity Fair, Harper’s Bazaar, and V.

Sixteen years’ worth of Downton’s portraits — “the result of courtship and coercion,” he says, and plenty of commissions — are now amassed in David Downton: Portraits of the World's Most Stylish Women, out September 15 from publisher Laurence King. The book begins with a beautifully handwritten letter of praise from Christian Lacroix, and many of the illustrations that follow are accompanied by behind-the-scenes photos and backstories.

Downton details how he followed Stella Tennant to New York after meeting her in London in 1998, and how Iman hobbled into her sitting on a sweltering July afternoon on crutches and in plaster from a broken foot. Illustration requires time, and he conjures up the conversations he’s had while sketching. Carolina Herrera told him how a broken nose had her dripping blood onto her shoes at a chic dinner in Spain, and Dita Von Teese dished on her plans to wear nothing but a transparent robe to her wedding celebration in a Gothic castle with Marilyn Manson. His attention to detail is just as precise on his subject's key features: There’s Daphne Guinness's "startled skunk hair," Tennant's "arrow-straight brow," and Linda Evangelista’s nostrils. That keen eye is what lets him turn a preliminary sketch into a study so detailed, it can seem Photoshopped.

Can you believe it? It feels like only yesterday we were watching Seth Rogentry to do mushrooms with college kids and Zac Efron have a maybe-real coke-fueled fight on the big screen, and now the cast is already reuniting for the sequel. The whole gang (Seth, Zac, Rose Byrne) is back for Sorority Rising, joined this time by Chloe Grace Moretz and one very special guest pictured above.

That's right, ladies and gentlemen, you are looking at none other than Selena Gomez filming scenes on the Atlanta set. Which means...Selena Gomez has joined the cast of Neighbors 2. It was a sneaky move, what with her not getting an announcement and all, but we are far too sly to fall for production's trick. Or rather, the paparazzi stalking Zac on set are too sly to fall for production's trick.

But either way, the secret is out. The studio is keeping the plot of the sequel under wraps (very tight wraps), and no details have been released on anything, really. But we are master detectives, and we have compiled all the clues at our disposal to get to the bottom of this mystery once and for all. Follow along as we crack the case of Selena.

Let's start with what has been released. As we mentioned, all the major cast members from the first flick are returning, and thanks to the lovely final scene we know that Zac's character, Teddy, has indeed graduated college along with his BFF Pete (Dave Franco) and is kicking ass doing OK at his new gig as a shirtless Abercrombie & Fitch store greeter. That means that the family-versus-fraternity plotline is probably not going to happen, which would jive with the Sorority Rising portion of the title. (We told you...we're good at this stuff).

We also know, thanks to The Hollywood Reporter, that Chloë Grace Moretz is playing a member of a sorority. (It's all making sense.) Chloë is probably the leader of said sorority, given that she is blond and thin and there is an ironclad Hollywood rule that all leaders of fake movie sororities must be blond and thin.

That means that Selena is most likely not the leader of the sorority—partly because of said rule and also because it seems she may have been a last-minute addition to the cast (Moretz's role was announced back in April) and she is super busy with all sorts of Selena Gomez-type things going on in her life like buying leather crop tops and making secret appearances in Justin Bieber music videos. #Priorities.

Now let's move on to the visual clues. As you can see, dear Selena's part involves wearing bandage dresses and feather earrings and riding on the hood of what appears to be a VW beetle convertible while a bevy of ladies dressed in all white surround her. As all sorority sisters do at one time or another, right?

So here's what we're going to conclude: Selena plays Madison, the sorority arch-rival and nemesis to Chloë Grace Moretz's Morgan. While Morgan may be the leader of the pack for now, Madison's got her eye on the prize—and she's gathering up able and willing soldiers as fast as she can. It's rush time at FMU (Fake Movie University), which means it's the perfect opportunity for Madison to put the feeler out for new recruits to help her topple the sorority president. She decides she needs to make an entrance—a big entrance—to garner as much attention as possible while all the new freshman are visiting the house.

And what better way to stage an entrance than through a song-and-dance number? She dons her finest neon bandage dress, gathers her army of sorostitutes (who just happen to have matching white dresses and flower crowns in each of their closets) and executes a flawless performance of "Come and Get It" while riding in on her Volkswagen carriage.

Naturally, she is greeted by a bevy of adoring prospective sorority members, all eager to pledge their allegiance to the new queen. Chloë scowls in the corner, mentally calculating her revenge plot. But for now, it's Selena's world and we're all just living in it.

From jet black to all natural, the girls of Fifth Harmony opted for an array of different nail colors at the MTV Video Music Awards on August 30. Celebrity Manicurist, Emi Kudo, explained exactly which nail colors she used to achieve Ally Brooke, 22, Normani Kordei, 19, Dinah Jane Hansen, 18, Camila Cabello, 18, and Lauren Jauregui‘s, 19, nails for the evening — check it out!

“Dinah and Lauren chose fall-perfect hues (burgundy and jet black) to match their dark ensembles, while the others opted to keep a summery vibe in a refreshing pops of hot pink, white and neutrals,” Emi explained. “All the girls looked gorgeous from head to toe!”

Ally wore Red Carpet Manicure’s hot pink crème, Material Girl Nail Lacquer. Dinah wore an ultra-sexy stiletto nail in Red Carpet Manicure Black Stretch Limo Nail Lacquer. Lauren wore the dark burgundy, Red Carpet Manicure Curtain Call Nail Lacquer. Camilla sported a traditional French manicure — Emi used Red Carpet Manicure White Hot Mail Lacquer and Red Carpet Manicure Nervous With Anticipation to create the look. Katy Perry Shows Off Long, Ombre Hair At Broadway Show

Katy Perry, 30, showed off her long hair makeover on August 7, but this is the first major appearance with her long hair — and we love it! It looked great with her matte makeup — copy her beauty with tips from her makeup artist below!

I did an interview with Katy’s makeup artist Todd Delano, who told me:

“Her hair color doesn’t change much in terms of makeup. The brows may be a bit lighter, and it’s fun to play with colors that accent whatever hair color she may have at the moment.”

As for her favorite products, he said: “We love COVERGIRL’s new Full Lash Bloom Mascara. It creates really soft lashes that look natural but still noticeable. We also love the Perfect Point Plus Eye Liner. It has a built-in smudger so we can create a quick smokey eye look, perfect for those quick changes behind the scenes.”

Biggest Kardashian Hair Makeovers

It’s good to be a Kardashian when it comes to being able to try out every beauty trend imaginable. Case in point: their access to the best wigs, extensions, hairstylists and colorists around that lets them change their hairstyles at the drop of a hat. For subtle, barely-there changes, Khloe has been slowly taking her honey blonde long hair to a platinum shade, which we’re thinking means she plans to keep it that color for a bit. Despite the chill factor, spring is just around the corner so it's time to start updating the old winter wardrobe with some fab new season finds.

Taking inspiration from the delicate, beautiful spring flowers bursting into bud, designers are channelling this pretty feeling, offering a gorgeous mix of pieces that reflect a fiercely feminine spirit.

Celebrating this, Trelise Cooper's "Livin' on a Flare" dress epitomises this strong, feminine vision. I adore this flirty little floral mini dress, which features extra panels, adding interesting volume and shape.

Charmaine Reveley's cornflower blue lace "Nightshade" frock is oh so ladylike. This quietly sophisticated dress brilliantly flatters the feminine shape, thanks to its clean design lines.

Keeping it pretty in the pastels' department is Staple + Cloth's "Ace" top, worn here with the "Maxwell" culottes. I love how the soft "girly-girl" feeling of the delicate printed top is balanced against the clean, pure minimalism of the white culottes.

Sticking with the sugary gelato shades, I love Ruby's dusty pink "Orchid" top. This versatile top can also be worn as a jacket and looks amazing when teamed with Ruby's spotted "Audrey" crop top and matching pant. The black-and-white spotted set creates a fun 50s-style mood.

Pleats are once again back in the spotlight. Vaughan Geeson's pleated "De Winter" pinafore easily flatters the female figure with its nipped-in waist.

Once reserved for tragic 80s ball and wedding dress monstrosities, frills, ruffles and flounces are back in a big way. When done well, these ultimate feminine touches can look incredible.

I love the sculptural qualities of Lucy McIntosh's "Gas" top with its fantastic fluted detailing. Worn with her "Stationary" trouser, the ensemble is undeniably feminine and yet still fabulously fashion forward.
  

Even when she isn’t on the runway, top model Kendall Jenner, 19, is totally working it — and that’s just what she did in St. Barts on Aug. 19, where she served up major swim-spiration as she posed for countless Instagram photos in a sleek black swimsuit — and when she turned around it proved to be sexier than ever, thanks to the swooping, low back. Not only was her outfit so sexy and chic, but it is also totally affordable and attainable, too — how cool is that?

She may rock the runway for Karl Lagerfeld over at Chanel and is currently featured in the latest Balmain campaign,but the model isn’t above scooping up a great buy — and that’s just what she did with this black American Apparel Nylon Tricot High-Cut One-Piece, which you can SHOP for just $45.

When we first saw Kendall emerge on Aug. 19 she was on her way to lunch with her famous family, where her bathing suit doubled as a top, which was tucked into a flowing, semi-sheer skirt. I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again — a swimsuit that can double as an outfit is definitely a necessity when heading on vacation, especially because it makes packing a breeze. I love nothing more than seeing one look, two ways — and Kendall and Kyle are pros at pulling off this look.

Next time the model stepped out, she was spotted on a boat, posing and playing around — and that’s when she ditched the skirt and really put the focus on the sexy silhouette of the bathing suit. Want to get her look?
